I have searched and searched and have been unable to find it. The closest I came was Zech. 4:10, "For who hath despised the day of small things?" The teaching itself is Biblical, but to say the Bible says this is incorrect, misleading and, if one claims to be a prophet, proof that they are not a prophet of God. The actual quote I did find. “Despise not small things; either for evil or good, for a look may work thy ruin, or a word create thy wealth.
